The AI Notetaker is a smart assistant that joins your meetings to automatically capture transcripts, and provides you with summaries, and action items. After connecting a calendar, you can invite the AI Notetaker to:

  1. Scheduled Meetings
  2. Ad-hoc Meetings

Connect your calendar. To start using the meetings feature of Action Hub, first connect your calendar (Google, or Outlook).

Scheduled Meetings

Schedule a meeting through Action Hub. The AI Notetaker can join meetings you schedule through Action Hub. Do this directly from the Calendar, or the ‘Schedule’ button in the Meetings Dashboard.

Note: For meetings synced from your connected calendar, view them in your Meetings Dashboard under ‘Upcoming’.

Ad-hoc Meetings

Invite the AI Notetaker to any meeting link. To invite the AI Notetaker to ad-hoc meetings, simply click ‘Invite Notetaker’ and paste the meeting link in the pop-up modal.
